About Tnahpele

Tnahpele (Dan Pelé ....formerly Dan Stanford) Is a Chicago native R&B/Soul singer born in 1990. Tnahpele has his background singing in church. His early influences are singers such as Helen Baylor, Tremaine Hawkins, Lashun Pace, Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans. Tnahpele grew to become a prominent male vocalist in the wedding band scene of Chicago singing with several wedding bands that performed  tunes by Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Bruce Springsteen and more. Tnahpele has had performances at places like City Winery, Roosevelt Theatre,  Harris Bank Theatre and more.  Outside of his gospel influencers others include artists like Prince, Chaka Khan, Luther Vandross, & Esperanza Spaulding has helped shape the vocal and musical styles of Tnahpele. Tnahpele's  first recording experience manifested itself in the form of an EP entitled "Potential Beauty" Potential Beauty is an EP on life and relationships inspiring and comforting those who listen. Tnahpele makes his debut freshman album a 15 track musical project called "Every Kind of Love" which is his own "what I've learned to this point" collection of experiences and personal gems that is meant to encourage, uplift, and enlighten. Every Kind of Love will be out soon on all digital platforms. Dan Stanford has expanded Tnahpele as Tnahpele LLC to contract and  freelance the provision of services such as public speaking, group facilitation, curriculum development, event planning, and other strategic organizing.
